Jude is a Kiwi (New Zealander) who combines an antipodean attitude with over a decade of experience living and working in the UK.

 

After nine years coaching internally at Deloitte in London,  she set out as an independent coach and facilitator with a mission to help individuals and teams thrive.

Jude brings an impartial ear to her coaching and work, combined with a healthy dose of challenge, and the energy needed to build momentum.  Consequently, her coaching empowers individuals and teams to overcome what’s keeping them stuck and get them closer to their potential.

Boaz is an experienced Executive Coach with 20 years experience in the corporate world. Since starting his career as a Chartered Accountant in a ‘Big 4’ Firm, he now works with talented individuals at various leadership levels exploring the relationships we have with ourselves, our ambitions and the people around us.

 

He supports individuals in gaining greater clarity, a renewed sense of purpose and a greater level of confidence. His clients tell him they value the challenge, perspective and psychological insight he brings.

Leadership Development Consultant & Facilitator

Karen is a qualified tax adviser and creative learning specialist who has extensive learning and development experience in multinational, multicultural matrix organisations, most recently as the Head of Leadership Development at one of the ‘Big 4’.  She has been devising, developing and delivering learning curricula in leadership, teamwork and performance improvement for over 20 years. 

 

She is skilled in all aspects of the learning and development spectrum from learning identification and needs analysis, through design and delivery to evaluation and measurement.​

Paul Golding

Executive Coach & Facilitator

Paul is a leadership and development specialist, and an executive coach. He has over a decade of experience developing and delivering learning in a variety of industries including professional services, financial institutions and healthcare.  Prior to his time in learning, he qualified as chartered accountant and had 10 years experience advising and running organisations in distress with one of the 'big 4' accounting firms.

 

He helps people engage with learning and immediately apply it in their day to day. He combines practical experience in the workplace, proven understanding of learning and development theory and a personable coaching style.

Charlotte Gibson

Executive Coach and Facilitator

Charlotte Gibson is an executive coach and leadership development consultant.  Her coaching is often focused on working with individuals and groups in leadership roles particularly those going through a change or challenge in their career.

Charlotte has spent over 20 years in financial services and is a also a qualified actuary.  She brings the rigour and structure from her actuarial training and combines this with warmth, compassion and non-judgement. The feedback from clients is that this provides a supportive coaching environment with action focused outcomes.  Clients experience raised awareness, shifted mindsets and feel more confident in taking their next steps.

Sophie Ryan

Personal Assistant

Sophie is s a highly motivated, dedicated professional with a wealth of transferable skills, keen to extend these to make a real contribution to a business or organisation.  After a career break to raise a family, Sophie re-trained as a bookkeeper and deployed her creative skills to become a virtual assistant.

 

Previous employment includes working for International blue-chip companies where meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure were an everyday occurrence.  Building strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers and premium brands, both in Europe and the Far East, were Sophie’s highlights, along with commercial and successful global product ranges for various markets and industries.
